Cancellation Policy

To ensure smooth operations and quality service, all bookings with LS Pictures Prod are subject to the following conditions: 🕒 Booking Deadline Services must be booked at least 3 to 5 business days before the desired date. For complex services (drone, long-form filming, complete packages), a minimum of 7 days' notice is recommended. 📝 Booking Confirmation All requests are confirmed only after: - Discussion with our team (email or phone) - Quote validation - Payment of a deposit (20 to 50%) depending on the type of service - Contract signing if necessary (drone service, rental, etc.) 💳 Accepted Payment Methods Cash Check payable to Lorenzo Toccafondi Bank Transfer Secure online payment (upon request) ❌ Cancellation Cancellation is free up to 72 hours before the service. Between 72 and 24 hours: 50% of the deposit is retained. Less than 24 hours or no-show: the deposit is non-refundable. 🌦️ Weather conditions for drone flights In case of adverse weather conditions (rain, strong winds, fog), the drone service can be postponed free of charge. We will contact you 24 hours in advance to adapt the mission safely.
