To ensure smooth operations and quality service, all bookings with LS Pictures Prod are subject to the following conditions: 🕒 Booking Deadline Services must be booked at least 3 to 5 business days before the desired date. For complex services (drone, long-form filming, complete packages), a minimum of 7 days' notice is recommended. 📝 Booking Confirmation All requests are confirmed only after: - Discussion with our team (email or phone) - Quote validation - Payment of a deposit (20 to 50%) depending on the type of service - Contract signing if necessary (drone service, rental, etc.) 💳 Accepted Payment Methods Cash Check payable to Lorenzo Toccafondi Bank Transfer Secure online payment (upon request) ❌ Cancellation Cancellation is free up to 72 hours before the service. Between 72 and 24 hours: 50% of the deposit is retained. Less than 24 hours or no-show: the deposit is non-refundable. 🌦️ Weather conditions for drone flights In case of adverse weather conditions (rain, strong winds, fog), the drone service can be postponed free of charge.
